wait 10 minutes and try again. I often answer calls and emails from 10-2
on Saturdays, but not always. You are welcome to try. You may call
and leave voicemails, day or night, any day of the week. I return most
calls in person, but my assistant Cormac may return calls as well,
especially on busy days when there is not enough of Wayne to go around, or if I
am on vacation. If Cormac can't help you, he will let me know to call you
back in person.

If you attempt to contact me late in the day, or on a weekend, please don't EXPECT a same-day response. You may send email 24-7, though I cannot always reply on weekends. I will always reply as quickly as I can! Monday replies may be slower than average because I usually start the day with a full inbox and a lot of voicemails!
If you want to pay by PayPal and you are confident you have made the right selections, we can process your order completely by email if you prefer (you are still welcome to call in your order). Once we confirm that we have your items in stock, we can send you a price quote and a PayPal Invoice to make paying quick and easy. Please include a complete list of items, including all choices such as color, size, quantity, optional accessories etc. If you say for instance that you want an Ultimate 6 Plus Medium Handle Bar Bag in Red, but forget to say "no map or GPS case," we will reply and ask "do you want a map case or GPS case with the handlebar bag?" If you are in a hurry, being as complete as possible will hurry things along. Many of our items qualify for free shipping within the USA and no sales tax, but not all addresses qualify, so we will need your shipping address before we can send you an accurate quote.
ABOUT TIME ZONES . . . MANY people call an hour early and sound surprised when I don't answer, so I have I decided to include this info! Eastern Time is two hours ahead of Mountain Time. Central Time is one hour ahead of Mountain Time. Pacific Time is one hour behind Mountain Time. Examples . . . 11:00 AM in NY = 9 AM, Mountain Time in Colorado. 10:00 AM in Chicago, IL = 9:00 AM in Colorado. In California, 8:00 AM = 9:00 AM in Colorado.
