• Ortlieb Sport Packer Plus waterproof front panniers are Ortlieb's top-of-the-line cross country touring panniers!
• They also work great as smaller capacity rear panniers.
• Ortlieb Sport Packer Plus Dimensions:  Height = 15.7 inches.  Width = 9.8 inches.  Depth = 5.5 inches.  Volume = 1831 cubic inches/pair (30 Liters).  Weight = 54.7 ounces/pair.  Add a pair of Optional Size Small Outer Pockets (220 cubic inches per pair - 3.6 Liters), and increase your pair capacity to 2051 cubic inches!
• Each pannier has an internal pocket hanging from the inside of the back panel -- nice!
• Plus series panniers are made from very durable Cordura fabric with a substantial inner, highly durable, thermoplastic waterproof coating.
• All seams are high frequency welded, providing excellent waterproofing along with narrow manufacturing tolerances.  You will be impressed by the high quality workmanship!

• Even fully loaded, the Sport Packer Plus can be securely closed with a waterproof and dustproof lid, providing extra protection against the elements.  A drawstring closure on the dust flap, beneath the lid, keeps dust and moisture out.

• Ortlieb Sport Packer Plus features include:  vertical compression straps, lid closures, carrying handles, abrasion protection plates on the back sides of the bags with  guide holes on the rear side of the panniers for use of extra lateral compression straps (not included), and highly reflective 3M Scotchlite patches on front and back.
• Pleated Mesh pockets on the front of the panniers provide extra carrying capacity.  These mesh pockets are only on the Bike and Sport Packer Plus panniers.  The pleats allow the pockets to expand, so they hold a lot more than you would expect from looking at the photos.

• Ortlieb Plus series panniers utilize the QL2 Quick Lock mounting system, adjustable without any tools, with automatic opening and closing by lifting the handle.  The QL2 system adjusts with various inserts to fit rack rails from 8mm to 16mm diameter.   Adjustable hooks at the base of the panniers keep the bottom mounted securely to the side of the rack.  The sliding top hooks can be repositioned to allow precise placement on the rack top rails.  This can also help move the panniers toward the rear of your rack, providing better heel clearance when you use these as rear panniers.  Optional extra top hooks can be added to reinforce the mounting system when you take your panniers off-road.

• These are my favorite front panniers.  The QL2 pannier mounting system is the best on the planet!  Lid closures provide the easiest access to your gear.  The mesh pockets provide easy access to items you would like to reach during each day's ride, or allow you to dry out items while you ride.  You would probably have to submerge these packs to get any water inside.  These are wonderful panniers.  I have never seen better!
