Ortlieb Outer Pockets for Panniers - Size Small

Add a Size Small Outer Pocket to any Ortlieb touring panniers.
Outer Pocket Dimensions: Each Outer Pocket adds 110 cubic inches (1.8 Liters) to a pannier (220 cubic inches per pair - 3.6 Liters). Height = 7.9 inches. Width = 4.7 inches. Depth = 3.0 inches. Weight = 3.7 ounces each.
Outer Pockets have a quick release attachment system that allows you to install or remove them as needed. Can be added later if you already have your panniers without pockets.
Outer Pockets are waterproof and dustproof due to their rolled top closure, and they have a 3M Scotchlite highly reflective patch.
Most tourists add a pair of Outer Pockets to their rear panniers - some to all four.
For do-it-yourselfers I provide installation tips. Yes, when you install the mounting brackets on your panniers, waterproofing is maintained.

Pannier Carry System for Ortlieb Panniers

Converts any pannier to a waterproof daypack! Eliminates the need to take an additional daypack on your ride.
Very simple attachment. The pannier top hooks attach to D-rings on the top of the Carry System back panel. Special clips on the lower ends of the shoulder straps fasten to the bottom corners of the panniers.
Very comfortable with padded, contoured, adjustable shoulder straps - with a sternum strap to keep the shoulder straps in position. We have found that it fits small to average size people very nicely, but we wouldn't recommend it for large NFL football players!
Easy to stow. Rolls up when not in use. Takes up very little space when compressed.

Anti Theft Cable System for PLUS Series Ortlieb Panniers

Use mini padlocks (not included), and lock your panniers to your racks.
NOT high security, but it does mean a thief must have a cutting tool to walk away with your panniers. So it may stop an impulse theft.
The Anti-Theft Cables do NOT work on Classic series panniers with QL-1 Hooks.
Any locksmith, and many hardware stores sell sets of locks that are keyed alike, so you can have one key that fits all of your mini padlocks locks.

Can be easily inserted or removed. Simply place the two plastic tabs on the back of this bag behind the back panels of your pannier.
