QUESTIONS? Call Toll-Free 1-800-747-0588 and ask for Wayne or Cormac. Call any weekday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Mountain Time in Colorado. If you get voicemail, we may be on the line with another customer, so please leave a message with your phone number, time zone and best times to call, and we will get back to you as soon as possible ‒ or wait 15 minutes and try again. We often answer calls and emails from 10-2 on Saturdays, but not always. You are welcome to try. You may call and leave voicemails, day or night, any day of the week. I return most calls in person, but my associate Cormac may return calls as well, especially on busy days when there is not enough of Wayne to go around, or if I am on vacation. If Cormac can't help you, he will let me know to call you back in person. Thanks! Wayne
EMAIL QUESTIONS to Wayne Boroughs at wayne@TheTouringStore.com. I try to reply same-day to email sent during normal business hours. I am mostly successful, but not always. If you attempt to contact me late in the day, or on a weekend, please don't EXPECT a same-day response. You may send email 24-7, though I cannot always reply on weekends. I will always reply as quickly as I can! Monday replies may be slower than average because I usually start the day with a full inbox and a lot of voicemails! You may also contact Cormac at cormac@TheTouringStore.com.
PURCHASES . . . TO PAY BY CREDIT or DEBIT CARD . . . Call Toll-Free 800-747-0588 any weekday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Mountain Time in Colorado. We accept and DISCOVER, PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, or Cleared Personal Checks are also accepted.
PURCHASES . . . TO PAY BY PayPal . . . If you are confident you have made the right selections, we can process your order completely by email if you prefer (you are still welcome to call in your order). Once we confirm that we have your items in stock, we can send you a price quote and a PayPal Invoice to make paying quick and easy. Please email your order to wayne@TheTouringStore.com. Please provide the email address associated with your PayPal account, AND your shipping address ‒ at least city, state and Zip Code. Many of our items qualify for free shipping within the USA and no sales tax, but not all addresses qualify, so we need your shipping address before we can send you an accurate quote. Please include your COMPLETE list of items, including all choices such as color, size, quantity, optional accessories etc. If you say for instance that you want an Ultimate 6 Plus Medium Handle Bar Bag, but forget to say "red, with no map or GPS case," we will reply and ask "what color, and do you want a map case or GPS case with the handlebar bag?" Though we try to keep all sizes and colors in stock, if you don't include your sizes and color choices, we can't give you stock status. If you are in a hurry, being as complete as possible with your request will help us process your order without delay.
