ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING . . . Items with Free Shipping will be sent by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to the Lower 48 States. Depending on the size and weight of the package, we get a better shipping deal on one or the other service. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii - I will give you up to $10.00 credit toward USPS Priority Mail shipping, so you won't be left out of this deal. You will only pay the extra shipping costs!
UPS vs. UPS SHIPPING . . . Occasionally we will have a customer say "I can't reliably get USPS at my address, or vice versa. Let us know if you have a preference. On "Free Shipping" packages that weigh less than three pounds, we will be happy to ship by UPS if you can't receive USPS packages. Most large packages will require UPS shipping, as large USPS packages can sometimes be extremely expensive. If you require USPS Shipping on large packages over 3 lbs, let us know, and we can figure out what your cost would be to upgrade to USPS shipping.
SHIPPING PRICES . . . If you are from Alaska or Hawaii, send me your address and I will figure actual shipping, and get you the best price possible. If necessary I can ship USPS to PO Boxes and APO addresses -- if you will pay the additional shipping cost. I am happy to use expedited shipping methods if you are in a hurry - if you will pay the difference. Packages ship from Fort Collins, Colorado 80521.

ABOUT TIME ZONES . . . MANY people call an hour early, and sound surprised when I don't answer, so I have I decided to include this info! Eastern Time is two hours ahead of Mountain Time. Central Time is one hour ahead of Mountain Time. Pacific Time is one hour behind Mountain Time. Examples . . . 11:00 AM in NY = 9 AM, Mountain Time in Colorado. 10:00 AM in Chicago, IL = 9:00 AM in Colorado. In California, 8:00 AM = 9:00 AM in Colorado.
