HOW TO PURCHASE
Hi there, I am Wayne at TheTouringStore.com -- also Baysell.com Online Sales. I am still low-tech here (if you can call selling on the Internet low-tech!), and have not yet developed a secure web page with a shopping cart, so you will have to contact me through my TOLL FREE 800 number below, or by email.

TO PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE . . . Call me TOLL FREE at 1-800-747-0588 - any time between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Mountain Time in Colorado. You are welcome to try any day of the week. I am almost always here Mon through Fri, most of the time Sat, and I usually take Sundays off, but you are welcome to try. If you get voicemail, please leave a message - with your name, phone number, time zone or state, and best times to call. I will get back to you as soon as possible. Please speak clearly and REPEAT your phone number. If I can't understand it, I can't return your call. I know - that's obvious - but it has been a problem recently!
If you wish to pay by credit card, I will take your MasterCard or Visa information and provide you with a total including shipping and insurance. If you wish to pay by Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Personal Check, I will provide you with my payment address. Those forms of payment must be made payable to TheTouringStore.com. PayPal payments must be made payable to wayne@TheTouringStore.com . I will be happy to provide pointers on using PayPal if you unfamiliar with the service, or need a refresher course.
PLEASE NOTE . . . When paying by MasterCard or Visa, I will need your card's billing address and telephone number for verification, as well as the three digit verification number on the back of your card. I prefer to ship to your card's billing address. This is for your protection and mine. My MC/Visa service provider makes that a requirement.

Be sure and include all the necessary information, so I can quickly process your order. If you are ordering panniers, I need the following: your name and shipping address, your selections including model numbers and names, quantity, color choice, hook size, payment choice, telephone number, and email address. Be sure and let me know if you are in a hurry to get your items, so I can get you a price quote for expedited shipping. We can finish the transaction by email if you intend to pay by PayPal, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Personal Check. If you wish to pay by MasterCard or Visa, please call me on my 800 number and I will take your card information, or email me your phone number and best time to call. PLEASE DO NOT email me credit card information. It might not be secure! Mailed payments must be made payable to TheTouringStore.com. PayPal payments must be made payable to wayne@TheTouringStore.com .
IN STOCK MERCHANDISE . . . I try to keep everything I carry in stock for immediate shipping. Sometimes there is a delay getting products from the manufacturer. If I do not have an item in stock, I will try and get it for you as quickly as possible, and I will keep you informed of my progress. I will let you know if an item is out of stock when you place your order.
ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING . . . Items with Free Shipping will be sent by UPS Ground to the Lower 48 States. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii - I will give you up to 10.00 credit toward USPS Priority Mail shipping, so you won't be left out of this deal. You will only pay the extra shipping costs!
SHIPPING PRICES . . . If you are from Alaska or Hawaii, send me your address and I will figure actual shipping, and get you the best price possible. If necessary I can ship USPS to PO Boxes and APO addresses -- if you will pay the additional shipping cost. I am happy to use expedited shipping methods if you are in a hurry - if you will pay the difference. Packages ship from Fort Collins, Colorado 80521.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING . . . I can use expedited shipping services as well, if you will pay the extra shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SALES . . . Email me your name and address and product selections. I will get back to you with a shipping total with insurance. I will only accept payment by PayPal in US Dollars, or International Money Orders in US Dollars. Canadian customer may pay me with MasterCard or Visa at my toll free number. CUSTOMS FEES OR IMPORT DUTIES MUST BE PAID BY RECIPIENT. International Shipping will be by US Postal Service. I do not import regularly, and do not know how to figure import duties into the price. I am sorry, but I only speak English!
YOUR INFORMATION WILL REMAIN PRIVATE . . . Just so you'll know, I will NEVER share email addresses or any personal information with third parties. Information you give me will remain private! In warranty situations I will sometimes forward emails to the product manufacturer or distributor.
Why don't I have a Shopping Cart? . . . Well, aside from a lack of technical expertise building web pages, I have found that almost every purchase has benefited from a phone conversation. And, being a one person show here, making myself available almost every day from 9:00 AM until 6:00PM, Mountain Time in Colorado, I worry that if people were making purchases during my off hours, my quality of service and response time might begin to slip. Also, after 14 straight years working in bike shops, I kind of got used to being able to talk to my customers. I want to keep this business personal. About TIME ZONES . . . MANY people call an hour early, and sound surprised when I don't answer, so I have I decided to include this info! Eastern Time is two hours ahead of Mountain Time. Central Time is one hour ahead of Mountain Time. Pacific Time is one hour behind Mountain Time. Examples . . . 11:00 AM in NY = 9 AM, Mountain Time in Colorado. 10:00 AM in Chicago, IL = 9:00 AM in Colorado. In California, 8:00 AM = 9:00 AM in Colorado.
