 QUESTIONS? - Contact Wayne . . .

Hi there!  I am Wayne Boroughs at TheTouringStore.com.  Please contact me if you have technical questions, or would like to purchase any of the items on this web site.  I am here a LOT, but I don't always have someone to cover for me when I have errands to run.  When  I am out, I check my messages - phone and email - regularly, or I have the 800 number ring to my cell phone.  When I am here,  I can often answer Emails very quickly.  I do take a day off occasionally - usually on weekends - but I still encourage you to call or email me.  If I am in the office, I am always happy to hear from you.   If I take a day off, I will reply to your email or call you back, as soon as I am back to work.  I WILL get back to you.  I NEVER ignore my customers!

I can often help you if you have problems fitting a rack, panniers or handlebar bag to your bike, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have on the products I carry.  I'll also be happy to talk to you about bicycle touring in general.  I may have suggestions for you about bikes and equipment, how to choose the right size packs, loading and organizing your gear, waterproofing, etc.  I look forward to helping with you!

CONTACT ME BY EMAIL . . .  Email me at wayne@TheTouringStore.com .  You can email me any time if you have questions or would like to make a purchase, and I will respond as quickly as possible.  About the only reasons you might not see replies to your emails are if they did not get through to me in the first place, or if your email security settings are set too high, causing your email program to automatically delete my replies.  This happens a lot.  If you email me and do not get a response within a reasonable time, then check your junk-mail or anti-spam program's captured email for deleted emails, or try calling me on my Toll Free 800 number below.

CONTACT ME BY PHONE . . .  Call TOLL FREE 1-800-747-0588 and ask for Wayne.  You may call any weekday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Mountain Time in Colorado, and I am often here from 10-2 on Saturdays, but not always.  I take Sundays off, but you are welcome to leave phone messages on Sunday.  If I miss your call, leave your phone number, time zone, and best times to call, and I WILL get back to you as soon as possible.  If you get voicemail during normal business hours, I may be on the line, so wait a few minutes and try again, or leave a message.   Please speak carefully and REPEAT your phone number.  If I can't understand it, I can't return your call.  I know, that's obvious - but it has been a big problem recently, especially with calls from cell phones and skype.  If you attempt to contact me on a weekend,  please don't EXPECT a really quick response.  I usually take Sundays off, and Saturdays when I can, but you are welcome to try.  I look forward to hearing from you!
