Hi there! I am Wayne Boroughs at TheTouringStore.com (part of Baysell.com Online Sales). Please contact me if you have technical questions, or would like to purchase any of the items on this web site. I am here a LOT, but I don't always have someone to cover for me when I have errands to run. When I am out, I check my messages - phone and email - regularly, or the 800 number rings to my cell phone. When I am here, I can often answer Emails very quickly. I do take a day off occasionally - usually on weekends - but I still encourage you to call or email me. If I am in the office, I am always happy to hear from you. If I take a day or weekend off, I will reply to your Email, or call you back, just as soon as I am back to work. I WILL get back to you. I NEVER ignore my customers! And just so you'll know, I will NEVER share your Email address, telephone number or any personal information with any other business. Information you give me will remain private!
I can often help you if you have problems fitting a rack or panniers to your bike, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have on the products I carry. I'll also be happy to talk to you about bicycle touring in general. I may have suggestions for you about bikes and equipment, organizing your packs, waterproofing, etc. I look forward to talking with you!

The ONLY reasons you might not see replies to your Emails are if they did not get through to me, or if your email security settings are set too high, causing your email program to automatically delete my replies. This happens a lot. If you Email me and do not get a response within a reasonable time, then check your anti-spam captured email for deleted emails, or try calling me on my Toll Free 800 number below.

Why don't I have a Shopping Cart? . . . Well, aside from a lack of technical expertise building web pages, I have found that almost every purchase has benefited from a phone conversation. And, being a one person show here, making myself available almost every day from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Mountain Time in Colorado, I worry that if people were making purchases during my off hours, my quality of service and response time might begin to slip. Also, after 14 straight years working in bike shops, I kind of got used to being able to talk to my customers. I want to keep this business personal. About TIME ZONES . . . MANY people call an hour early, and sound surprised when I don't answer, so I have I decided to include this info! Eastern Time is two hours ahead of Mountain Time. Central Time is one hour ahead of Mountain Time. Pacific Time is one hour behind Mountain Time. Examples . . . 11:00 AM in NY = 9 AM, Mountain Time in Colorado. 10:00 AM in Chicago, IL = 9:00 AM in Colorado. In California, 8:00 AM = 9:00 AM in Colorado.
